DIRECTORY

THERAPY IS A LABOR OF LOVE AND COLLABORATION HONORING AGENCY,
SELF-DETERMINATION AND SAFETY

A RESOURCE FOR THOSE ON THE FRONT LINES

This Directory is an offering to the migrant rights movement.  It is a directory of culturally grounded, Latinx mental health practitioners who believe in the human right and dignity of Latinx communities and Latinx migrant communities across the United States.

These coordinated, large-scale assaults can devastate the spirits, livelihoods, and wellbeing of these communities, leaving deep emotional, physical, spiritual, and political wounds. We form this network as an affirmation of our humanity, our worthiness, our power, and all our people’s beauty. We declare that our future is bright and self-determined.

MAKING THERAPY ACCESSIBLE FOR THOSE IN NEED

The LTAN Support Team is composed of community members with mental health training who are available to assist individuals on the frontlines of the migrant/refugee movement in need of emotional support through:

* 1-2 conversations to provide tools in navigating stress, grief, depression, anxiety.
* Doing a teach in/mental health education session on different topics.
* Referring you to services you need.

The therapists listed in this directory are committed to providing therapy or other mental health services for those in need on a sliding scale for a maximum of 12 sessions at this scale. This sliding scale starts at $25 and goes up to $75. The pricing will vary based on the agreement between the therapist and the client.
