Biography

Marisol is a current doctoral student in the School of Social Work at Arizona State University. She identifies as a Guatemalan first-generation woman with a passion for equitable conditions for minorities, particularly autism and Latinx individuals. Previous clinical work involves children, parent-child interactions, and single adults with mental disabilities, trauma, co-morbidities with substance use, autism, and homelessness. Marisol is a native Spanish speaker and is comfortable in providing support in English and Spanish.
