The marriage between psychology and spirituality is my niche. I specialize in trauma healing and inner-child healing through a holistic, person-centered approach (psychotherapy, energy healing, mindfulness, and shamanic healing). My intention is helping clients shift from destructive/outdated energy patterns & into ascending vibrationally and soaring. My ideal client is eager and completely motivated to do the inner-work to face their inner "shadows" to move into deeper healing. I work well with those going through spiritual awakening/ascension. I will actively mirror your pace and effort. My blatant passion & enthusiasm for helping others transcend trauma to develop self-mastery; and, my ability to hold a deep, compassionate, nonjudgmental space for others' healing sets me apart. In addition to being a clinical social worker, I am a certified Shamanic Reiki Master teacher and practitioner and I am certified in trauma-informed yoga.
