Biography

Ana Ruth is a children and family therapist with specialization in clinical art therapy. She provides safe-spaces to process, feel, and create in order for individuals and/or groups to reflect and develop insight. Ana Ruth has worked in schools with youth and children for over 18 years. As a mental health clinician she continues to serve children, as well as parents and single mothers, homeless, and immigrant populations.

Beyond clinical training, Ana Ruth has also learned to support intergenerational healing through indigenous ritual and ceremony ways. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
